摘要

海底管道舷侧起吊是海底管道发生损伤后维修的一种常用技术.通常情况下,舷侧起吊使用锚系船在锚泊状态下进行,维修过程中船舶状态稳定,成本相对教低,海管起吊作业施工风险小.然而,随着海上油气田不断开发,海底管缆的数量越来越多,密度越来越大,由于船舶起抛锚作业本身导致的海管损伤屡见不鲜.DP模式下进行平管起吊,避免了船舶抛锚作业,海管发生锚挂的风险降为零.海上某油田一条混输管线平管法兰焊道发生泄漏,采用DP模式下舷侧起吊的技术进行了法兰更换.此次DP模式下海底管道舷侧起吊更换法兰的成功实施验证了技术的可行性.

Abstract

Side lifting of submarine pipelines was a commonly used technique for repairing damaged pipelines.Under normal circumstances,side lifting was carried out using an anchor ship in an anchored state.During the maintenance process,the ship's condition was stable,the cost was relatively low,and the construction risk of subsea pipe lifting operation was low.However,with the continuous development of offshore oil and gas fields,the number and density of submarine pipelines and cables were increasing.Damage to submarine pipelines caused by ship anchoring operations was not uncommon.The flat pipe was lifted in DP mode,avoiding ship anchoring operations and reducing the risk of anchor hanging in the subsea pipe to zero.A leakage occurred in the flange weld of a mixed transportation pipeline in an offshore oilfield,and flange replacement was carried out using DP mode side lifting technology.The successful implementation of flange replacement for submarine pipeline side lifting in DP mode had verified the feasibility of the technology.
