摘要
压力容器强度安全分析是定期检验的重要内容,检验中发现严重腐蚀、名义厚度不明、结构不合理或者对强度有怀疑时,检验人员应对其进行强度校核.基于有限元方法,利用MSC.Marc软件对检验中碰到的压力容器非标准型式的封头盖板进行应力分析计算,并根据计算结果从强度数值方面来评价其安全性.计算结果表明,当不能以常规方法进行强度校核时,可以采用有限元分析方法进行强度校核评定.
Abstract
The strength and safety analysis of pressure vessels was an important part of their regular inspection.When severe corrosion,unknown nominal thickness,unreasonable structure,or doubts about strength were found during inspection,inspectors should conduct strength verification on them.Based on the finite element method,stress analysis and calculation were performed on non-standard head cover plates of pressure vessels encountered during inspection using MSC Marc software.And based on the calculation results,its safety was evaluated in terms of strength values.The calculation results indicated that when the strength of pressure vessels could not be verified by conventional methods,finite element analysis could be used for strength verification and evaluation.
