对一台DZG4-1.25-S型蒸汽锅炉的管板裂纹成因进行分析研究,认为制造缺陷和管理维护不善引起的碱应力腐蚀、高负荷运行、水处理不当是造成后管板裂纹形成的主要原因,并提出了针对性的改进和预防措施,防止类似事故再次发生.
Abstract
The causes of tube plate cracks in a DZG4-1.25-S steam boiler were analyzed and studied,and it was found that manufacturing defects and poor management and maintenance caused alkali stress corrosion,high load operation,and improper water treatment were the main reasons for the formation of rear tube plate cracks.And targeted improvement and prevention measures were proposed to prevent the recurrence of similar accident hazards.
