摘要

离心泵长期振动超标运行会损坏零部件,甚至发生安全事故,因此离心泵振动监测与治理是炼化装置设备管理的重点.相对于较传统振动故障诊断方法,借助测振频谱仪进行状态监测及频谱分析的先进振动故障诊断方法更能准确分析故障原因,提高检修的精准度.对某炼化企业生产装置的再沸器离心泵进行离线振动监测,开展频谱分析,探究故障原因,精准找到故障部位,并采取有针对性的振动治理措施,解决了离心泵振动超标问题,保证离心泵正常运行.

Abstract

Long term excessive vibration operation of centrifugal pumps could damage components,pose safety hazards,and even cause safety accidents.Therefore,monitoring and controlling centrifugal pump vibration was a key focus of equipment management in refining plants.Compared to traditional vibration fault diagnosis methods,the vibration fault diagnosis method that used a vibration spectrum analyzer for state monitoring and spectrum analysis could more accurately analyze and determine the cause of the fault,improving the accuracy of maintenance.Offline vibration monitoring was conducted on the reboiler centrifugal pump of a production facility in a refining and chemical enterprise.Spectrum analysis was carried out to explore the cause of the malfunction,accurately locate the faulty part,and take targeted vibration control measures to solve the problem of excessive vibration of the centrifugal pump,ensuring its normal operation.
