摘要
从制定并定期升级应急抢修预案、加强海底管道抢维修技术能力建设、加强海底管道维抢修装备能力建设、应急备件的存储及国产化、建立海底管道应急抢修资源数据中心等几个方面对提升海底管道应急抢修能力进行了论述,并从现场处置以及海上应急抢修等方面进行了说明.
Abstract
From the aspects of developing and regularly upgrading emergency repair plans,strengthening the construction of submarine pipeline repair technology capabilities,enhancing the construction of submarine pipeline repair equipment capabilities,storing and domesticating emergency spare parts,establishing submarine pipeline emergency repair resource data centers,etc.,the improvement of submarine pipeline emergency repair capabilities was discussed and explained from the aspects of on-site disposal and offshore emergency repair.
