摘要

分析了PVC粘接管件泄漏的原因.针对PVC 管道粘接管件脱粘缺陷的检测,采用超声柔性相控阵技术,在CIVA软件中建立声学仿真模型,并仿真柔性相控阵与脱粘缺陷之间的作用,制定了检测工艺.将超声柔性相控阵应用于工程检测后,发现了两处脱粘缺陷信号.

Abstract

The cause of PVC adhesive pipe leakage was analyzed.For the detection of debonding defects in PVC pipeline adhesive fittings,ultrasonic flexible phased array technology was used to establish an acoustic simulation model in CIVA software,and the interaction between flexible phased array and debonding defects was simulated.A detection process was developed.After applying ultrasonic flexible phased array to engineering inspection,two debonding defect signals were discovered.
