摘要

以现役变压加氢吸附塔为例,根据实际使用及检验情况,对塔式压力容器的结构设计、制造工艺及检验验收进行了总结分析.在传统的吸附塔结构基础上,取消了塔顶吊柱并优化了封头与裙座间的焊接尺寸,提高了塔设备服役时的安全性,并减少了堆焊量.对验收过程中的3处缺陷进行溯源,总结了组装及焊接工艺中的技术难点:磨平筒体的焊缝对口、明确塔内件的焊接工序、打磨去除塔器的吊耳,这能有效避免裂纹,防止泄漏.总结了检验验收标准,从而控制成塔质量,最终成塔通过检验,并投入实际生产.

Abstract

Taking the active pressure swing hydrogenation adsorption tower as an example,based on actual use and inspection,a summary and analysis of the structural design,manufacturing process,and inspection and acceptance of tower pressure vessels were conducted.On the traditional adsorption tower structure,the tower top suspension column was eliminated and the welding size between the head and skirt was optimized,which improved the safety performance of the tower equipment during service and reduces the amount of weld overlay.Based on the traceability of three defects during the acceptance process,the technical difficulties in assembly and welding processes were summarized:grinding the weld seam alignment of the cylinder,clarifying the welding process of the tower internals,and grinding and removing the lifting ears of the tower,which could effectively avoid cracks and prevent leakage.The inspection and acceptance criteria were summarized to control the quality of the tower,and ultimately the tower passed the inspection and was put into actual production.
