摘要

大型脱气仓是聚乙烯生产的关键组成部分,其结构设计和性能分析至关重要.通过ANSYS软件建立了大型脱气仓锥体和内部改流的有限元模型,模拟流体载荷条件下脱气仓锥体和内部改流体的位移变形和应力分布,对设备关键位置进行了强度校核.结果显示,有限元分析提高了传统经验设计的准确性,验证了所设计结构在操作工况下满足强度要求.

Abstract

As a key component of polyethylene production,the structural design and performance analysis of a large degassing chamber were crucial.A finite element model of a large degassing chamber cone and internal flow modification was established using ANSYS software to simulate the displacement deformation and stress distribution of the degassing chamber cone and internal flow modification fluid under fluid load conditions,and strength verification was carried out on key positions of the equipment.The results showed that finite element analysis improved the accuracy of traditional empirical design and verified that the designed structure meets the strength requirements under operating conditions.
