摘要

二氧化碳压缩机将净化单元产生的CO2气体加压输送至气化单元,作为粉煤输送载体.该压缩机采用5级压缩,在装置开工过程中,两次试车压缩机均出现五级转子主推力瓦温度高,瓦块积碳、磨损等情况,机组无法正常在设计工况下运行.对拆解过程的现象、运行趋势、设计核算及润滑油样进行分析后认为,机组润滑油设计供油量不足、推力间隙偏小、油通道堵塞是推力瓦温度高及磨损的主要原因.

Abstract

The carbon dioxide compressor pressurizes the CO2 gas generated by the purification unit and transports it to the gasification unit as a carrier for coal powder transportation.The compressor adopts a 5-stage compression system.During the start-up process of the device,two tests of the compressor showed high temperature of the main thrust tile of the 5-stage rotor,carbon deposition and wear on the tile,and the unit could not operate normally under the design conditions.After analyzing the phenomena,operating trends,design calculations,and lubricating oil samples during the disassembly process,it was believed that the main reasons for the high temperature and wear of the thrust tile are insufficient oil supply in the unit's lubricating oil design,small thrust clearance,and blocked oil channels.
