摘要

南海油田某砂岩储层,已投产30多a,近年来出砂严重,导致分离器内油砂堆积,极大影响了生产工艺系统稳定运行.原生产分离器采用海水冲砂,因水温低,冲砂效果较差;经过研究及现场大量试验发现,采用生产回注水进行冲砂,调整冲砂压力和冲砂时间,改进冲砂工艺流程,冲砂效果得到大幅改善,进一步减少了对分离器的腐蚀及油水处理产生的影响.

Abstract

A sandstone reservoir in Nanhai Oilfield has been in operation for more than 30 years.In recent years,severe sand production has led to the accumulation of oil sands in the separator,greatly affecting the stable operation of the production process system.The original production separator used seawater for sand flushing,but due to low water temperature,the sand flushing effect was poor.After research and extensive on-site experiments,it was found that using production reinjection water for sand flushing,adjusting the sand flushing pressure and time,improving the sand flushing process,significantly improved the sand flushing effect,and further reduced the corrosion of the separator and the impact on oil-water treatment.
