摘要
海管预调试化学药剂添加装置主要是用于提升海管预调试中海管内注入化学药剂用量的精准度,依照施工技术要求对添加的化学试剂流量进行精准控制,有效保证海管预调试过程中清管、测径、试压、排水、清洗等施工过程的药剂添加效果.对药剂泵和施工工艺进行了研究,采用集中控制,提高设备的协同性,实现控制系统自动化,对实际添加成分进行实时监测.在工程实施中达到了药剂长时间精准注入的效果,具有施工高效、数据精准、自动控制、运输方便、安全可靠等诸多优点.
Abstract
The pre commissioning chemical agent addition device for subsea pipelines is mainly used to improve the accuracy of the amount of chemical agents injected into the subsea pipeline during pre commissioning.According to the construction technology requirements,the flow rate of added chemical agents is precisely controlled to effectively ensure the effect of chemical agent addition during the construction process of pipeline cleaning,diameter measurement,pressure testing,drainage,cleaning,etc.The drug pump and construction process were studied,and centralized control was adopted to improve equipment synergy,achieve control system automation,and monitor actual added ingredients in real time.In the implementation of the project,the effect of long-term precise injection of drugs was achieved,with many advantages such as efficient construction,accurate data,automatic control,convenient transportation,safety and reliability.
