摘要

海底管道过球指示器是准确指示管线过球的关键设备,可以更好地配合清管作业,保障海底管道安全运行.针对传统过球指示器灵敏度较差、安装复杂、维修更换成本和风险高以及国外同类产品价格昂贵、供货周期长等问题,研发了一种基于超声检测技术的非接触式海底管道过球指示器和信号采集、识别、分析系统.采用统计法的算法,通过设置高阈值(HT)和低阈值(LT)的双阈值结构,并结合超阈值持续时间(DT),准确判断过球信号.

Abstract

The subsea pipeline ball passing indicator is a key device for accurately indicating pipeline ball passing,which can be used in conjunction with better pipeline cleaning operations to ensure the safe operation of subsea pipelines.Aiming at the problems of poor sensitivity,complex installation,high maintenance and replacement costs and risks of traditional ball passing indicators,as well as expensive prices and long supply cycles of similar foreign products,a non-contact submarine pipeline ball passing indicator and signal acquisition,recognition,and analysis system based on ultrasonic detection technology was developed.Using statistical algorithms,a dual threshold structure with high threshold(HT)and low threshold(LT)was set,combined with the duration of over threshold(DT),to accurately determine the signal passing through the ball.
