摘要

为了确定某企业煤化工变换工段9台关键设备的风险等级,基于9台设备的运行工况和技术资料进行了损伤模式识别.结合本次定期检验中发现的问题,利用RBI软件对设备进行风险评估计算,得到各设备的风险等级.参照企业可接受的风险水平,为设备的安全运行提出了相应的管理建议.

Abstract

In order to determine the risk level of 9 key equipments in the coal chemical transformation section of a certain enterprise,damage pattern recognition was carried out based on the operating conditions and technical data of the 9 equipment.Based on the issues identified during this regular inspection,RBI software was used to conduct risk assessment calculations on the equipment and obtain the risk levels of each device.Based on the acceptable risk level of the enterprise,corresponding management suggestions have been proposed for the safe operation of the equipment.
