摘要

管道的包覆层会影响脉冲涡流检测的信号.利用以有限元分析方法建立了塑料表皮、铁质表皮和铝质表皮3种不同材料包覆层的脉冲涡流检测模型.分析了3种材料的表皮涡流和管道涡流情况,计算了表皮与管道的电磁场能量.结果显示,塑料表皮上的电磁场能量最小,铝质表皮的涡流密度最大,铁质表皮上的电磁场能量较大.仿真结果显示,线圈电压与试验电压趋势一致.

Abstract

The coating of the pipeline would affect the signal of pulse eddy current testing.A finite element analysis method was used to establish pulse eddy current testing models for three different types of coating materials:plastic skin,iron skin,and aluminum skin.The skin eddy currents and pipeline eddy currents of three materials were analyzed,and the electromagnetic field energy of the skin and pipeline was calculated.The results showed that the electromagnetic field energy on the plastic skin was the smallest,the eddy current density on the aluminum skin was the highest,and the electromagnetic field energy on the iron skin was larger.The simulation results showed that the trend of coil voltage was consistent with the experimental voltage.
