摘要

在Na2SO4-水体系中,通过热模实验对梯形折流板除沫器的分离效率和压降性能进行了研究,考察了板间距、波长等结构参数,以及气体流速、蒸发温度、蒸发强度等操作参数对折流板除沫器性能的影响,还对比分析了折流板除沫器与丝网除沫器的性能差异.结果表明:在板间距为10 mm,波长为20 mm,转折角为135°的条件下,折流板除沫器分离效率大于95%,压降为20~70 Pa;在水盐蒸发系统中,折流板除沫器的临界气速为3~5 m/s;折流板除沫器更适用于高温蒸发或蒸发强度较高的环境;折流板与丝网耦合的两级式除沫器能够充分发挥二者对不同粒径液滴的分离优势,实现更好的分离效果.

Abstract

In the Na2SO4 water system,the separation efficiency and pressure drop performance of a trapezoidal baffle demister were studied through thermal modeling experiments.The effects of structural parameters such as plate spacing and wavelength,as well as operational parameters such as gas flow rate,evaporation temperature,and evaporation intensity,on the performance of the baffle demister were investigated.The performance differences between baffle-plate mist eliminator and wire mesh demisters were compared and analyzed.The results showed that under the conditions of a plate spacing of 10 mm,a wavelength of 20 mm,and a turning angle of 135 °,the separation efficiency of the baffle-plate mist eliminator was greater than 95%,and the pressure drop was between 20~70 Pa.In the water salt evaporation system,the critical gas velocity of the baffle-plate mist eliminator was 3~5 m/s.The baffle-plate mist eliminator was more suitable for environments with high temperature evaporation or high evaporation intensity.The two-stage demister with baffle coupled with wire mesh could fully utilize the separation advantages of both for droplets of different particle sizes,achieving better separation effects.
