防爆电气设备的全过程质量管理工作对于保障海洋石油陆岸终端装置长期高效运行至关重要.结合防爆电气设备安装的质量管理实践经验,对陆岸终端项目工程建造阶段防爆电气设备的设计选型、采购阶段质量控制、出厂FAT验收、安装阶段和最终验收等质量管理工作进行深入探索,多方面、多层次、多角度分析并总结了防爆电气质量风险管控措施.
Abstract
The overall quality management of explosion-proof electrical equipment is crucial for the long-term and efficient operation of offshore oil onshore terminal devices.Based on the practical experience of quality management in the installation of explosion-proof electrical equipment,in-depth exploration has been conducted on the design and selection of explosion-proof electrical equipment during the construction phase of onshore terminal projects,quality control during the procurement phase,factory FAT acceptance,installation phase,and final acceptance,and other quality management measures have been analyzed and summarized from multiple aspects,levels,and perspectives.
