延长油田井下分层注水流量计误差补偿方法

提出一种针对延长油田井下分层注水的流量计误差补偿方法.根据流量计测量原理获取流量计测量值,并在此基础上完成流量计示值校正;针对由温度和流体状态引起的流量计误差,开展温度与流体状态的解耦处理.设计一种多元线性回归模型,分析多个温度因变量与测量值的关系,得到最优补偿系数估计值,将求取的系数向量代入根据多元线性回归模型得到的输出信号多元线性回归方程,即可得到温度补偿后的流量值.通过雷诺数获取注水流体状态,定义上临界速度和下临界速度,并设计补偿系数计算方法,完成误差补偿.实验结果表明:利用所提方法完成误差补偿后,提高了流量计的测量准确性.
Error Compensation Method for the Flowmeter in Downhole Stratified Water Injection in Yanchang Oilfield
In this paper,a flow meter error compensation method for underground stratified water injection in Yanchang oilfield was proposed.According to the flow meter measurement principle,the measured value of the flow meter was obtained and the flow meter display value correction was completed on this basis.For the flow meter error caused by temperature and fluid state,the decoupling process of temperature and fluid state was carried out,including having a multiple linear regression model designed to analyze the relation-ship between multiple temperature dependent variables and measured values so as to obtain the estimation value of optimal compensation coefficient.Through having the coefficient vector put into the output signal's multiple linear regression equation obtained according to the multiple linear regression model,and the flow value after temperature compensation was obtained,including having Reynolds number based to obtain the state of water injection fluid to define both upper critical velocity and lower critical velocity,and having the calculation method of compensation coefficient designed to complete error compensation.The experimental results show that,the method proposed improves the measurement accuracy of the flow meter after error compensation.
