Optimization of Regional Economic Operation for Complex Production Processes in Process Industries
A regional optimization method for fully optimizing the production process in process industries was proposed.The method establishes a target product regional optimization control system that has produc-tion scheduling and multi-unit advanced process control(APC)systems integrated to enable coordinated op-eration of APC systems within the region and dynamically coordinate and optimize the scheduling instruc-tions with key set-points of each APC system so as to improve the overall plant's economic effectiveness.Simulation cases demonstrates that,the regional dynamic optimization method proposed can effectively re-duce energy and material consumption while enhancing economic benefits.
