摘要
目的：评价采用中医“从咽论治”治疗IgA肾病的临床效果。方法选取2013年3月-2014年9月该院就诊的98例IgA肾病患者，采用随机数字表法将患者均分为参照组（常规治疗）和治疗组（常规治疗+中医“从咽论治”治疗），每组各49例，对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗组患者的缓解率（67.35豫）明显高于参照组（40.82豫）（P<0.05）。结论在常规治疗IgA肾病的基础上联合中医“从咽论治”治疗，可提升治疗效果，提高患者的生存质量，值得推广。
Abstract
Objective Evaluation of the use of Chinese medicine “from the pharynx of governance”IgA nephropathy clinical re-sults. Methods Selected in March 2013 to September 2014 to our hospital 98 patients with IgA nephropathy, using random num-ber table Patients were divided into reference group (conventional therapy) and treatment group (conventional therapy+TCM“from the pharynx of governance”treatment), 49 cases in each group, the treatment effect compared two groups of patients.Results The response rate in patients treated with (67.35%) was significantly higher than that of the reference group (40.82%) (P<0.05).Con-clusion Combined Chinese medicine in the treatment of IgA nephropathy on the basis of conventional “from the pharynx of gover-nance”therapy, can improve the therapeutic effect, improving the quality of life of patients, it is worth promoting.
