Effects of Oxytocin Combined with Carprost Trobutrin in the Treatment of Postpartum Hemorrhage on Coagulation Index and Thromboelasto-gram Index of Parturients
Objective To explore the effect of oxytocin combined with carprost trobutrin on postpartum hemorrhage on coagulation index and thromboelastogram index of parturients. Methods A total of 84 women with postpartum hemor-rhage admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from January 2021 to December 2022 were conve-niently selected as the study objects. They were divided into the reference group and the study group according to the random number table method, with 42 cases in each group. The reference group was treated with conventional oxyto-cin,while the study group was treated with oxytocin combined with carprost tramine. The effective rate of clinical treat-ment,coagulation-related indexes and thromboelastogram indexes were compared between the two groups. Results The clinical effective rate of the study group was 95.24%higher than that of the reference group, the difference was statistically significant(χ2=6.145,P<0.05).After treatment, the thromboplastin time and prothrombin time in the study group were shorter than those in the reference group, and the serum fibrinogen indexes were lower than those in the reference group, the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of oxytocin and carprost trobutrin in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage can achieve a better therapeutic effect, and actively improve the related coagulation index and thromboelastogram index.
