Probability and Influencing Factors of Taking Medicine with Doctor's Ad-vice in Young Hypertensive Patients during Drug Therapy
Objective To study and analyze the probability and influencing factors of taking medicine with the doc-tor's advice in young patients with hypertension. Methods A total of 100 patients with hypertension who were treated with antihypertensive drugs in the Affiliated Hospital of Binzhou Medical College from January to December 2022 were randomly selected as the research objects.According to the survey results of whether to follow the doctor's ad-vice when taking the medicine, they were divided into the study group(taking the medicine according to the doctor's advice,81 cases)and the control group(not taking the medicine according to the doctor's advice,19 cases). The clinical data between the two groups were analyzed to identify the risk factors for young patients with hypertension not taking the medicine according to the doctor's advice during drug treatment. Results After single factor analysis, there were statistically significant differences in education level, disease awareness, adverse drug reactions, anxiety score and depression score between the two groups(all P<0.05).Multivariate analysis showed that education level(OR= 2.457,95%CI =1.193-3.107),disease awareness(OR=2.369,95%CI=1.207-3.114),adverse drug reactions(OR= 2.561,95%CI=1.489-3.082),anxiety score(OR=2.468,95%CI=1.347-3.119),and depression score(OR=2.406,95%CI=1.352-3.069)were risk factors for young patients with hypertension who did not follow the doctor's advice during the treatment with antihypertensive drugs(all P<0.05).Conclusion When young hypertensive patients are treated with antihypertensive drugs, there are cases of non-compliance with the doctor's advice.Whether the patients comply with the doctor's advice is mainly related to the factors such as education, disease awareness and adverse drug reactions.
