Clinical Effect Analysis of Traditional Incision and Reduction Internal Fixation and Digital Technology-assisted Treatment of Patients with Tibial Plateau Fractures
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of traditional incision and reduction internal fixation and digital technology-assisted treatment for patients with tibial plateau fractures. Methods 70 cases of tibial plateau fracture pa-tients admitted to Xinyi People's Hospital from June 2021 to May 2023 were randomly selected for the study, and they were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,40 cases of traditional incision and reduc-tion internal fixation treatment were included in the control group, and 30 cases of digital technology-assisted treat-ment were included in the observation group, and perioperative indexes, knee mobility, the excellent rate of recovery of knee function, and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results The intraopera-tive blood loss in the observation group was less than that in the control group, and the operation time, intraoperative fluoroscopy time, hospitalization time, and fracture healing time were shorter than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05).The maximum angle of knee flexion and extension of the observa-tion group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(both P<0.05).The excellent rate of knee joint function recovery in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate of 6.67%in the observation group was lower than 25.00%in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.057,P<0.05).Conclusion Both traditional incision and reduction internal fixation and digital technology-assisted treatment for patients with tibial pla-teau fracture can play a certain role in fracture reduction. However, digital technology-assisted treatment has less in-traoperative blood loss, shorter operation time, better postoperative recovery of knee function, fewer complications, shorter hospitalization and fracture healing time, and faster recovery.
