Effects of Ultrasound Lower Brachial Plexus Upper Trunk Block on Hemo-dynamics and Stress Response in General Anesthesia Patients with Shoul-der Arthroscopic Rotator Cuff Injury
Objective To investigate the application value of ultrasound lower brachial plexus upper trunk block in pa-tients of general anesthesia for shoulder arthroscopic rotator cuff injury. Methods A total of 86 general anesthesia pa-tients of shoulder arthroscopic rotator cuff injury admitted to Jiyang District People's Hospital from March 2020 to No-vember 2022 were conveniently selected as the study objects, and they were divided into a combination group and a single group according to random number table method, with 43 cases in each group. The single group received gen-eral anesthesia, and the combined group received superior brachial plexus block combined with general anesthesia un-der ultrasound.Hemodynamics, stress response and dosage of anesthetic drugs were compared between the two groups. Results At T2,The heart rate of the combined group was(65.32±3.28)times/min,mean arterial pressure level(84.32±3.27)mmHg was lower than(71.81±4.29)times/min and(86.81±4.05)mmHg of single group, and the differ-ences were statistically significant(t=7.881,3.137,both P<0.05).At T1 and T2,the levels of adrenaline and norepi-nephrine in combined group were lower than those in single group, and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The dosage of sufentanil and sevoflurane in combination group was lower than that in single group, and the difference was statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion The application of ultrasound lower brachial plexus upper trunk block in general anesthesia patients with shoulder arthroscopic rotator cuff injury can stabilize he-modynamics,reduce the stress reaction, the dosage of anesthesia drugs, and is worth to be promoted and applied.
