Effect of Anti-tuberculosis Fixed-dose Compound on the Effect of Lesion Absorption in Patients with First-treatment Active Pulmonary Tuberculo-sis
Objective To investigate the effect of anti-tuberculosis fixed-dose compound on the effect of lesion resorp-tion in patients with first-treatment active pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods 64 patients with first-treatment active pulmonary tuberculosis admitted to Fuzhou Tuberculosis Prevention and Control Hospital from February 2021 to Janu-ary 2023 were conveniently selected as the study subjects and divided into two groups according to the method of ran-domized numerical table. The control group(32 cases)was given conventional anti-tuberculosis drug treatment, and the observation group(32 cases)were treated with anti-tuberculosis fixed-dose compound. The total effective rate, sputum negative rate, lesion absorption, and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results The total ef-fective rate of the observation group was 93.75%,which was higher than that of the control group 75.00%,the differ-ence was statistically significant(χ2=4.267,P<0.05).The sputum negative conversion rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group at the 2nd,5th and 6th months, and the differences were statistically sig-nificant(all P<0.05).At the 2nd and 6th month of treatment, there was no significant difference in lesion absorption between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of anti-tuberculosis fixed-dose compound therapy in patients with first-treatment active pulmonary tuberculosis is effective, which can enhance the rate of lesion absorption and im-prove the sputum negative rate.
