Analysis of the Clinical Effect of Yinzhihuang Oral Liquid Combined with Intermittent Blue Light Irradiation in the Treatment of Neonatal Hyper-bilirubinemia
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Yinzhihuang combined with intermittent blue light treatment of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia.Methods 100 cases of neonatal pathological jaundice treated in Fengxian People's Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were simple and randomly selected as the study objects,and were di-vided into two groups according to random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with blue light,and the observation group was treated with blue light combined with Yinzhihuang.The clinical efficacy,TCM symptom score,serum bilirubin level and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The curative effect of observation group was 96.00%,higher than that of control group 80.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.640,P=0.031).After treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the serum in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The level of serum bilirubin in observation group was lower than that in control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups during treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion Yinzhihuang oral combined with in-termittent blue light irradiation treatment of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia can improve the therapeutic effect,promote the excretion of bilirubin,improve the clinical symptoms,and have high safety.
