Practical Value of Intensive Health Education Combined with Evidence-based Nursing in Bariatric Surgery for Obesity Complicated with Hyper-tension
Objective To analyze the effect of intensive health education combined with evidence-based nursing for obese patients with hypertension undergoing bariatric surgery. Methods A total of 80 patients with obesity combined with hypertension and bariatric surgery admitted to Union Hospital Affiliated to Fujian Medical University from Janu-ary 2021 to June 2022 were randomly selected as the observation objects. They were randomly divided into two groups:control group(n=40)received routine nursing, observation group(n=40)received intensive health education combined with evidence-based nursing. The mastery level of disease-related health knowledge, compliance and qual-ity of life score were compared between the two groups 1 and 7 days after admission. Results 7 days after admission, the scores of disease knowledge and quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).7 days after admission, the compliance of the ob-servation group was 95%higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with obesity complicated with hypertension and undergoing bariatric surgery, the combination of intensive health knowledge and evidence-based nursing can effectively increase the patients'health knowledge about hypertension and bariatric surgery, improve clinical compliance behavior, and improve the quality of daily life.
