目的 针对开展超声引导下桡动脉穿刺置管术的ICU危重症患者,施行优化护理措施,评价其护理效果.方法 方便选取2021年1月—2023年1月厦门市苏颂医院重症加强护理病房(Intensive Care Unit,ICU)危重症患者80例为研究对象.以盲选法为分组依据,对照组40例、观察组40例.所有患者均开展超声引导下桡动脉穿刺置管术,对照组接受常规护理措施,观察组接受优化护理措施.统计两组的穿刺成功次数情况、术后并发症发生情况、护理满意度情况、穿刺效果相关指标.结果 观察组穿刺一次成功率为87.50%,高于对照组的50.00%,穿刺两次及以上成功率为12.50%,低于对照组的47.50%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=13.091、11.667,P均<0.05).与对照组相比,观察组穿刺时间更短,穿刺次数更少,护理后的生活质量评分、疾病知识掌握程度评分更高,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).结论 针对开展超声引导下桡动脉穿刺置管术的ICU危重症患者,施行优化护理措施,能够提升穿刺一次成功率,降低并发症发生率,提高知识掌握率,提高生活质量.
Application of Full Optimal Nursing in Ultrasound-guided Radial Artery Catheterization
Objective To optimize the nursing measures for ICU patients undergoing ultrasound-guided radial artery catheterization and evaluate the nursing effect.Methods A total of 80 critically ill patients in intensive care unit(ICU)of Xiamen Susong Hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were conveniently selected as the study objects.Based on blind selection,forty cases were involved in the control group and forty cases in the observation group.All patients underwent ultrasound-guided radial artery catheterization.The control group received routine nursing mea-sures,and the observation group received optimal nursing measures.The statistics of successful puncture times,post-operative complications,nursing satisfaction,puncture effect and other related indicators of the two groups were evaluated.Results The success rate of puncture of the observation group was 87.50%,which was higher than that of the control group(50.00%);the success rate of two or more punctures was 12.50%,which was lower than 47.50%in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(χ2=13.091,11.667,both P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the puncture time and puncture times were shorter in the observation group,and the scores of qual-ity of life and disease knowledge mastery after nursing were higher,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion For critically ill ICU patients undergoing ultrasound-guided radial artery catheterization,the implementation of optimal nursing measures can improve the success rate of puncture,reduce the incidence of compli-cations,improve the knowledge mastery rate,and increase the quality of life.
