Intervention Effect of Humanized Nursing on Patients with Gastric Cancer after Total Gastrectomy
Objective To explore the clinical effect of humanized nursing in gastric cancer patients after total gastrec-tomy.Methods 100 gastric cancer patients underwent total gastrectomy admitted to the Union Hospital Affiliated to Fujian Medical University from January 2019 to February 2021 were randomly selected as research objects. The pa-tients were divided into the control group(n=50)and study group(n=50)according to the random number table method, the routine nursing and humanized nursing were implemented after surgery. The effect of nursing interven-tion was compared. Results After nursing, the scores of physical function, cognitive function, social function, role func-tion and emotional function in the study group were(78.45±8.99)points,(85.43±8.22)points,(86.34±7.33)points,(87.31±7.11)points and(87.34±5.33)points,respectively.All were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(t=10.353,7.172,6.822,4.378,8.548,all P<0.05).At the same time, the nursing satisfaction and the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group were 96.00%and 4.00%,re-spectively,which were better than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(χ2= 4.000,5.005,both P<0.05).Conclusion Humanized nursing after total gastrectomy in patients with gastric cancer can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, increase nursing satisfaction and improve patients'quality of life.
