目的 探究纽曼护理模式联合预警性预防护理模式在乳腺旋切患者围术期中的应用.方法 方便选取2020年10月—2022年10月在解放军第七十三集团军医院实施乳腺旋切手术治疗的患者89例作为本研究对象.以随机数表法将其分组,对照组(44例)接受常规围术期护理;观察组(45例)在对照组的基础上接受纽曼护理模式联合预警性预防护理模式.比较两组护理前后心理状态评估量表(Mental Status Scale in Non-psychiatric Settings,MSSNS)评分、纽卡斯尔护理满意度量表(Newcastle Nursing Satisfaction Scale,NSNS)及术后并发症发生率.结果 两组护理前MSSNS中焦虑、抑郁、愤怒、孤独评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组护理后MSSNS中焦虑、抑郁、愤怒、孤独评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).观察组NSNS评分为(81.75±3.86)分,高于对照组的(78.89±4.13)分,差异有统计学意义(t=3.373,P<0.05).观察组术后并发症发生率为2.22%,低于对照组的18.18%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 对乳腺旋切患者围术期中实施纽曼护理模式联合预警性预防护理模式可以有效调节其心理状态,减少术后并发症,并提高患者满意程度.
Application of Newman Nursing Model Combined with Early Warning Preventive Nursing Model in Perioperative Period of Patients with Breast Rotation
Objective To explore the application of Newman nursing mode combined with early warning preventive nursing mode in perioperative period of breast rotation patients.Methods A total of 89 patients who underwent breast rotation surgery in the People's Liberation Army 73rd Group Military Hospital from October 2020 to October 2022 were conveniently selected as the subjects of this study.They were divided into two groups by random number table method,and 44 cases in control group received routine perioperative nursing.The observation group of 45 patients re-ceived Newman nursing mode combined with early warning preventive nursing mode on the basis of control group.The scores of the Mental State Assessment Scale(MSSNS),Newcastle Nursing Satisfaction Scale(NSNS),and the inci-dence of postoperative complications between two groups before and after nursing were compared.Results There was no statistically significants difference in cores of anxiety,depression,anger and loneliness in MSSNS before nursing(P<0.05).The scores of anxiety,depression,anger and loneliness in MSSNS after nursing in observation group were all lower than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The NSNS score of the observation group was(81.75±3.86)points,which was higher than that of the control group(78.89±4.13)points,and the difference was statistically significant(t=3.373,P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the ob-servation group was 2.22%,whcih was lower than 18.18%in the control group,and the difference was statistically sig-nificant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Newman nursing mode and early warning preventive nursing mode can effectively adjust the psychological state,reduce postoperative complications and improve the satisfaction of pa-tients with breast rotation.
