Intervention Effect of Rehabilitation Nursing on Patients after Heart Valve Replacement
Objective To explore the effect of rehabilitation nursing on the intervention of patients after heart valve re-placement.Methods From March 2021 to March 2023,118 patients who underwent cardiac valve replacement in Union Hospital Affiliated to Fujian Medical University were conveniently selected as the study subjects.According to random number table method, they were divided into control group and observation group,59 cases in each group. The patients in the control group received routine perioperative nursing, and the patients in the observation group received rehabilitation nursing on the basis of routine nursing in the control group. The quality of life and nursing satisfaction at discharge were compared between the two groups. Results At 48 h after operation, the scores of quality of life in the observation group[(62.18±5.39)points,(57.03±5.78)points,(62.31±5.39)points,(59.85±6.26)points,(58.37±6.20)points,(63.19±5.40)points,(56.94±6.22)points,(63.26±4.87)points]higher than those in the control group, the dif-ference was statistically significant(t=5.128,5.618,5.030,6.107,6.685,4.942,3.528,6.677,all P<0.05).On the day of discharge, the scores of each dimension of the self-made nursing satisfaction scale and the average nursing satisfac-tion score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing is an ideal nursing model, which is helpful to optimize the quality of life and increase nursing satisfaction of patients after heart valve replacement.
