Study on the Intervention Value of Psychological Intervention and Multidi-rectional Body Temperature Nursing on Fracture Patients in the Operat-ing Room
Objective To analyze the effect of psychological intervention + multidirectional body temperature nursing on patients with fracture in the operating room, and to explore its application value and significance. Methods A total of 120 fracture patients who underwent surgical treatment in Gaochun District People's Hospital of Nanjing from Feb-ruary 2022 to February 2023 were randomly selected as the study objects.According to the computer method, they were divided into control group and observation group,60 cases each. The control group was given basic operating room nursing, and the observation group was given psychological intervention + multi-directional temperature nursing. The complication rate, psychological status score, clinical index, nursing satisfaction and pain score were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 3.33%,lower than that in the control group(16.67%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.537,P<0.05).After nursing, the anxiety and depression scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the pain scores at 6 h,12 h,24 h and 48 h after surgery were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The average body temperature and nursing satisfaction of the observation group were better than those of the control group during and after the operation, and the difference was statistically sig-nificant(both P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of psychological intervention and multi-directional temperature nursing can improve the quality of operating room nursing for fracture patients, maintain the stability of their body tem-perature,reduce the amount of blood loss and postoperative pain, help alleviate the psychological and physiological stress of patients, control the risk of complications, and the satisfaction of patients is ideal.
