Application of Healthcare Integration Nursing Intervention in Early Mini-mally Invasive Drilling and Drainage for Treatment of Subdural Hema-toma
Objective To explore the significance of healthcare integration nursing intervention in early minimally in-vasive drilling and drainage for subdural hematoma. Methods Sixty patients with subdural hematoma treated by mini-mally invasive trepanation and drainage in Xinghua People's Hospital Affiliated to Yangzhou University Medical School from June 2020 to June 2023 were randomly selected and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 30 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing intervention, and the observation group received integrated nursing intervention. The negative emotion and nursing satisfaction rate were compared between the two groups. Results After nursing, the negative emotion scores of both groups were de-creased,and the scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the difference was sta-tistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of patients in the observation group after nursing was 96.67%,which was significantly higher than 76.67%in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(χ2= 5.192,P<0.05).Conclusion Integrated nursing intervention has significant effect on improving the negative emotions of patients with subdural hematoma treated by minimally invasive trepanation and drainage, and can promote the post-operative recovery of patients with higher safety.
