Application Effect of Clinical Nursing Pathway in Pediatric Bronchopneu-monia Patients
Objective To explore the application effect of clinical nursing pathway in pediatric bronchopneumonia.Methods 118 cases of children with bronchopneumonia admitted to Haimen District People's Hospital of Nantong City from June 2022 to June 2023 were conveniently selected and divided into routine care control group(n=59)and observation group(n=59)with joint clinical nursing pathway intervention by random number table method.The two groups were compared in terms of forced vital capacity(FVC),1s forced expiratory volume(FEV1),peak expiratory flow(PEF),children's compliance and family satisfaction.Results After the intervention,FVC(2.38±0.34)L,FEV1(2.27±0.42)L,and PEF(151.46±7.95)L/min in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=3.568,5.562,11.228,all P<0.05).The treatment compliance of chil-dren in the observation group was 94.92%,which was significantly higher than 79.66%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=6.186,P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the families of the children in the observation group was 98.31%,which was significantly higher than 86.44%in the control group,and the differ-ence was statistically significant(χ2=4.330,P<0.05).Conclusion The use of clinical nursing pathway intervention for children with bronchopneumonia can improve the lung function of the children,can improve the treatment compliance of the children,thus facilitating the improvement of the nursing satisfaction of the children's families.
