Analysis of Nursing Measuresin Mifepristone Combined with Misoprostol Medication Abortion
Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing in mifepristone combined with misoprostol drug abortion.Methods 80 patients with mifepristone combined with misoprostol drug abortion admitted to the Obstetrics and Gynecology clinic of Suzhou Municipal Hospital of Jiangsu Province from January to December 2020 were ran-domly selected as the study subjects,and were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine outpatient nursing,and the ob-servation group received comprehensive nursing on the basis of the control group.Negative mood,coping style and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,depression scores(34.24±1.53)points and anxiety scores(40.13±2.33)points in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the differ-ences were statistically significant(t=25.965,21.374,both P<0.05).After nursing,the face scores of patients in obser-vation group were significantly higher than those in control group,and the avoidance and yield scores were lower than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After nursing,the quality of life scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically signifi-cant(P<0.05).Conclusion Strengthening the comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with mifepristone com-bined with misoprostol can effectively alleviate adverse emotions,enhance mental toughness,and improve the quality of life to a certain extent,which is feasible.
