The Significance of Different Nursing Models on Patients'Psychological Condition and Early Recovery of Intestinal Peristalsis after Uterine Fi-broids Surgery
Objective To discuss the effects of different nursing modes on the psychological condition and early recov-ery of intestinal peristalsis in patients operated for uterine fibroids. Methods A total of 60 patients with uterine fibroid surgery treated in the gynecological ward of Beijing Chaoyang Integrative Medicine Rescue and First Aid Hospital from September 2021 to September 2023 were randomly selected as the study objects.According to the double-blind method, they were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 30 cases in each group. The con-trol group carried out routine nursing mode, the observation group carried out comprehensive nursing mode, and com-pared the nursing effect of the two groups. Results The first exhaust time(17.52±1.46)h and the first defecation time(19.47±1.58)h in the observation group were earlier than those in the control group, and the differences were statisti-cally significant(t=22.648,19.202,both P<0.05).After nursing, the scores of mental resilience scale and concise health survey scale in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the scores of anxiety and depression scale were significantly lower than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of comprehensive nursing model in the postoperative period of uterine fibroid surgery patients has a good effect on the improvement of patients'psychological health condition, and at the same time,it can promote the function of intestinal peristalsis to recover as soon as possible, and improve their quality of life.
