Impact of Specialized Care Team for Non-invasive Ventilator-assisted Ventilation in the Treatment of AECOPD with Respiratory Failure on Medical Compliance Behavior and Complications
Objective To study the effect of specialized care team for non-invasive ventilator-assisted ventilation in the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD)with respiratory failure, and the effect on medical compliance behavior and complications. Methods A total of 50 patients with AECOPD and respi-ratory failure admitted to Luoding Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Guangdong Province from April to Au-gust 2023 were randomly selected as the research objects and divided into the control group(n=25,routine nursing)and the study group(n=25,specialized nursing group)according to different nursing methods. The incidence of compli-cations,compliance behavior, quality of life and nursing satisfaction before and after nursing were counted and com-pared between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the incidence of complications in the study group(o)was lower, and the nursing satisfaction(100%)was higher, the differences were statistically significant(χ2= 4.735,5.980,P=0.030,0.015).And after nursing, the medical compliance behavior and chronic respiratory disease questionnaire scores of the two groups increased, and the scores of the study group were higher than those of the con-trol group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Specialized nursing team can im-prove the compliance behavior of patients, reduce the incidence of complications, and improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
