Analysis of the Clinical Effect of Acupuncture Coupled with Moxibustion at Yinbai Acupoint and Shuiquan Acupoint in the Treatment of Patients with Asymptomatic Microscopic Hematuria
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of acupuncture coupled with moxibustion at Yinbai and Shui-quan acupoints in the treatment of asymptomatic microscopic hematuria.Methods A total of 120 patients with asymp-tomatic microscopic hematuria who were treated in Anxi County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2020 to July 2023 were conveniently selected as the research objects and divided into two groups by the random num-ber table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group received conventional drug treatment,and the obser-vation group was given acupuncture combined with moxibustion at Yinbai and Shuiquan acupoints on the basis of con-ventional drug treatment.The therapeutic effect,urinary occult blood and urinary red blood cells were compared be-tween the two groups,and the liver function,renal function,coagulation function,blood routine and other indicators were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group(90.00%)was signifi-cantly higher than that of the control group(75.00%),the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.675,P<0.05).After treatment,compared with the control group,the number of urine occult blood positive patients in the observation group decreased more significantly,and the urine red blood cell count was significantly less,the difference was statisti-cally significant(both P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the levels of serum creatinine and prothrombin time in the observation group were lower,and the platelet count and albumin level were higher after treatment,and the dif-ferences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Asymptomatic microscopic hematuria is treated by acu-puncture coupled with moxibustion at Yinbai and Shuiquan acupoints,which can improve the clinical efficacy and truncate the disease,and it is safe and has high clinical application value.
