Therapeutic Efficacy and Effects on Cerebral Blood Flow Status and Head-ache Degree of Patients Treated with Tianma Goutengyin Plus Reduction Combined with Acupuncture and Bloodletting in Treating Migraine with Liver-Yang Upper Hyperactivity Evidence
Objective To analyze the therapeutic efficacy of Tianma Goutengyin plus reduction together with acupunc-ture and bloodletting in patients with migraine with liver-Yang upper hyperactivity evidence. Methods Sixty migraine patients with liver-Yang upper hyperactivity evidence admitted to Longkou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from November 2022 to March 2023 were randomly selected and divided into two groups of 30 patients each according to the randomized numerical table method. The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine + acu-puncture and bloodletting, and the observation group was treated with the addition of Tianma Goutengyin plus reduc-tion for 4 consecutive weeks. The clinical efficacy, cerebral blood flow status, headache degree, headache control and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 93.33%,higher than that of 73.33%in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(χ2= 4.320,P<0.05).After treatment, the blood flow velocity of anterior cerebral artery, middle cerebral artery, posterior cerebral artery, vertebral artery and basilar artery and visual analogue scale score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the number of headache episodes was less than that of the control group, and the duration of headache was shorter than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically signifi-cant(all P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The effect of Tianma Goutengyin plus reduction with acupuncture and bloodletting in the treat-ment of migraine patients with liver-Yang upper hyperactivity evidence is remarkable, which can improve their cere-bral blood flow status, reduce headache, and have fewer adverse reactions.
