Clinical Value of Valsartan Combined with Hydrochlorothiazide in the Re-habilitation of Patients with Hypertensive Heart Disease
Objective To analyze the effect of valsartan combined with hydrochlorothiazide in the treatment of hyper-tensive heart disease.Methods 60 cases of hypertensive heart disease patients admitted to Minhou County People's Hospital from June 2022 to June 2023 were randomly selected as the research objects and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the method of random number table,30 cases each.Both groups were given conventional treatment,the control group added valsartan capsules on the basis of conventional treatment,and the observation group applied hydrochlorothiazide on the basis of the control group.Compared the treatment effect of the two groups.Results After 3 months of treatment,the 24-hour mean systolic blood pressure and 24-hour mean dia-stolic blood pressure of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were sta-tistically significant(both P<0.05).The left ventricular ejection fraction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the thickness of the posterior wall of the left ventricle,the thickness of the left ventricular septum,and the mass index of the left ventricle were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Endothelin-1 in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and nitric oxide was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Serum interleukin-6,tumor necrosis factor-ɑ,and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein levels were lower in the observation group than in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The inci-dence of adverse reactions in the observation group(10.00%)was lower than that in the control group,and the differ-ence was statistically significant(χ2=4.812,P<0.05).Conclusion Valsartan combined with hydrochlorothiazide can ef-fectively improve the blood pressure level and cardiac function of hypertensive heart disease patients,regulate the function of vascular endothelium,reduce the inflammatory response of the body,and reduce the adverse reactions.
