Exploring the Application Value of Interventional Embolization in the Clinical Treatment of Cerebral Aneurysm
Objective To explore the application value of interventional embolization in the clinical treatment of cere-bral aneurysm. Methods 50 patients with cerebral aneurysms admitted to Shandong Guoxin Yiyan Group Zaozhuang Hospital from January 2020 to April 2023 were randomly selected as the study objects.According to the time of treat-ment,they were divided into control group(27 cases received craniotomy)and observation group(23 cases received in-travascular interventional embolization).Incision length, operation time, hospital stay and serum indexes before and af-ter treatment were recorded in the two groups. The efficacy and complications of the two groups were compared after 3 months of follow-up.Results The incision length, operation time and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of serum indexes in both groups were improved, and the levels of vascular endothelial growth factor, serum nuclear factor-κB and soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The effective rate of the observation group was 95.65%,which was higher than that of the control group(74.07%),and the complication rate was 8.70%,which was lower than that of the control group(33.33%),and the differences were statistically significant(χ2=4.303,4.393,both P<0.05).Conclusion Endovascular embolization for cerebral aneurysm patients not only has less trauma, but also has better improvement effect on serum indexes, which is conducive to early rehabilitation. At the same time, the treat-ment safety is more ideal.
