Analysis of the Effect of Laparoscopic Choledochotomy with One-stage Su-ture in the Treatment of Common Bile Duct Stones
Objective To study the clinical efficacy of laparoscopic choledochotomy with one-stage suture. Methods It is convenient to select 81 patients with choledocholithiasis who met the admission criteria admitted to Gaoyou Hos-pital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to December 2022 as the study objects, and divided into con-trol group and observation group according to different methods of choledochal suture.Among them,45 patients in the control group underwent T-tube drainage, and 36 patients in the observation group underwent one-stage suture. The amount of intraoperative blood loss, operation time, postoperative hospital stay, postoperative anal exhaust time, total hospitalization cost and incidence of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups. Results There was no statistically significant difference in intraoperative blood loss between the two groups(P>0.05).The op-eration time, postoperative anal exhaust time, postoperative hospitalization time and total hospitalization cost in the ob-servation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 13.89%,which was lower than 28.89%in the con-trol group, and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=9.592,P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic choledo-chotomy with one-stage suture can reduce patient's pain, shorten the operation time, and reduce the incidence of post-operative complications, thus accelerating the recovery of the postoperative organism and saving some social resources.
