Value Analysis of 131I Combined Operation in the Treatment of 60 Cases of Differentiated Thyroid Carcinoma
Objective To observe and analyze the clinical value of different doses of 131I combined with operation in the treatment of differentiated thyroid carcinoma(DTC).Methods A total of 60 patients with DTC who underwent 131I combined surgery in the 910th Unit of the Joint Logistic Support Force of the Chinese People's Liberation Army from September 2020 to December 2022 were randomly selected and divided into two groups according to the random num-ber table method, with 30 cases in each group. After total thyroidectomy and lymph node dissection, the high-dose group received 5.5 GBq131I,and the low-dose group received 3.7 GBq131I.The success rate of ablation and clinical ef-fect were compared between the two groups after treatment. The levels of thyroid function(thyroid stimulating hor-mone,serum free thyroxine, free triiodothyronine)before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. The changes of immune function indexes(CD3+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+)were compared between the two groups. The inci-dence of adverse reactions was compared between the two groups. Results One week after treatment, the CD3+(76.58±4.46)%and CD4+/CD8+(1.75±0.52)in the low-dose group were higher than those in the high-dose group, and the dif-ferences were statistically significant(t=3.134,2.906,both P<0.05).The CD8+ in the high-dose group was lower than that in the high-dose group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant differ-ence in the incidence of adverse reactions during treatment between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The effect of low-dose 131I on the clearance rate, clinical efficacy and thyroid function of DTC patients after operation is similar to that of high dose 131I,and low dose 131I can improve the immune function of patients with high safety.
