Clinical Application Value of Digestive Endoscopy in Early Cancer of Di-gestive Tract
Objective To analyze the effect of digestive endoscopic therapy on early cancer of digestive tract.Methods A total of 92 patients with early gastrointestinal cancer admitted to the People's Hospital of Pingyi from October 2022 to October 2023 were conveniently selected as the research objects.They were divided into the traditional group and the endoscopic group by the double-blind method,with 46 cases in each group.The traditional group underwent tradi-tional surgery,and the endoscopic group underwent endoscopic mucosal dissection.The clinical indicators,complica-tions,gastrointestinal function,mucosal barrier function,and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time of the endoscopic group was(74.95±10.92)min,the wound healing time was(7.11±2.03)d,and the discharge time was(6.05±1.14)d,which were shorter than those of the traditional group,the differences were statistically significant(t=8.182,11.815,15.654,all P<0.01).The amount of bleeding and the incidence of com-plications in the endoscopic group were lower than those in the traditional group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).After operation,the levels of gastrin and motilin in the endoscopic group were higher than those in the traditional group,and the level of vasoactive intestinal peptide in the endoscopic group was lower than that in the traditional group,that is,the endoscopic group had less trauma,and the differences were statistically sig-nificant(all P<0.05).After operation,the levels of diamine oxidase and D-lactic acid in the endoscopic group were lower than those in the traditional group,that is,the endoscopic group was slightly damaged,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The quality of life score of the endoscopic group was higher than that of the tra-ditional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Digestive endoscopic surgery has fewer complications,can reduce the degree of damage to gastrointestinal function,improve postoperative quality of life,shorten the recovery cycle,and can be used in early gastrointestinal cancer.
