Clinical Effect Analysis of Low Molecular Weight Heparin Calcium Appli-cation in the Treatment of Renal Impairment in Children with Henoch-Schoenlein Purpura
Objective To study and analyze the therapeutic effect of low molecular weight heparin calcium on the treatment of renal impairment in children with Henoch-Schoenlein purpura and the value of clinical application. Methods A total of 74 children with anaphylactoid purpura who were treated in the Department of Pediatrics of Nan'an Hospital from July 2021 to July 2022 were conveniently selected as the study objects, and were divided into routine group and observation group according to odd-even mode, with 37 cases in each group. The conventional group re-ceived conventional treatment, and the observation group received conventional treatment + low molecular weight heparin calcium.Renal function, syndrome score and incidence of renal damage were compared between the two groups. Results There was no statistically significant difference in renal function between the two groups before treat-ment(P>0.05).After treatment, the improvement of renal function in observation group was better than that in conven-tional group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment, the symptom score of observation group was lower than that of conventional group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of renal dam-age in the observation group was 5.40%,which was lower than 21.62%in the conventional group, and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.163,P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of children with henoch purpura, the ap-plication of low molecular weight heparin calcium is helpful to reduce the incidence of kidney damage and maintain renal function.
