Analysis of the Application Effect of Remimazolam after Carboprost Tro-methamine in Cesarean Section
Objective To explore the application effect of remimazolam after carboprost tromethamine in cesarean sec-tion.Methods A total of 80 patients with uterine contraction weakness during cesarean section treated in Zibo Mater-nal and Child Health Hospital of Shandong Province from March to September 2023 were simple randomly selected as the study objects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,40 cases in each group.During the administration of carprost triol,remazolam was injected intravenously in the observation group and immediately after the administration of oxytocin,while tramadol injection was given intrave-nously in the control group.The changes of vital signs parameters after carprost triamine were compared between the two groups,and the Apgar score and adverse effects of carprost triamine in the two groups were analyzed.Results The mean arterial pressure of observation group was higher than that of control group,the heart rate and respiration were lower than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in Apgar score between the two groups immediately after birth and 5 minutes after birth(both P>0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group(2.5%)was lower than that in the control group(20.0%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.507,P<0.05).Conclusion Remazolam can improve the stability of maternal vital signs and reduce adverse reactions during the use of carprost tramine.
