Analysis of the Application Effect of Adjuvant Treatment of Candida Vagi-nitis with Lactobacillus Live Bacteria Capsule for Vaginal Use
Objective To explore the clinical effects of Candida vaginitis patients after treatment with Lactobacillus live bacteria capsule for vaginal use.Methods 68 patients with candidal vaginitis in Linyi Hedong Hospital from Feb-ruary 2020 to April 2022 were conveniently selected as the study objects.They were divided into reference group(n= 34)according to coin tossing method,and terbinafine was selected for treatment.The study group(n=34)selected lac-tobacillus live capsule for vaginal treatment on the basis of the reference group.The total effective rate,clinical dis-ease score(vulvar burning pain,vulvar pruritus)and disease recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 97.06%higher than that of the reference group was 76.47%,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=6.275,P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of vulvar burning pain and vul-var pruritus in the study group were higher than those in the reference group,and the differences were statistically sig-nificant(both P<0.05).The recurrence rate of candida vaginitis patients in the study group was lower than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical treatment of Candida vaginitis patients with Lactobacillus live bacteria capsule for vaginal use on the basis of terbinafine drug treatment can significantly enhance the therapeutic effect of the disease,effectively improve the clinical symptoms,reduce the recur-rence rate of the disease,and promote the good prognosis of Candida vaginitis patients.
