Therapeutic Effect of Terbutaline Combined with Budesonide Atomized In-halation in the Treatment of Senile Chronic Bronchitis
Objective To analyze the effect of terbutaline and budesonide atomized inhalation in elderly patients with chronic bronchitis.Methods 86 elderly patients with chronic bronchitis treated in the respiratory department of the Rugao Third People's Hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were conveniently selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group using a random drawing method,while the con-trol group(43 cases)received conventional treatment,the observation group(43 cases)was treated with atomized inha-lation of terbutaline and budesonide in combination with the control group.Recorded the time taken for the improve-ment of typical symptoms in two groups of patients,detected pulmonary function indexes and white blood cell count in-dicators before and after treatment,and compared the treatment effect and total incidence of adverse reactions after medication between the two groups of patients.Results The improvement time of typical symptoms to improve in the observation group after treatment was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically signifi-cant(P<0.05).At the same time,the pulmonary function indicators of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the white blood cell count was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statisti-cally significant(both P<0.05).The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was 97.67%higher than that in the control group,and the total incidence of adverse reactions was 4.65%lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(χ2=7.242,4.074,both P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical treat-ment of elderly patients with chronic bronchitis can be based on conventional treatment,combined with terbutaline and budesonide atomized inhalation,the effect is more accurate,effectively promote the improvement of patients'symptoms,improve lung function,reduce adverse reactions.
