The Application Value of Comprehensive Nursing Interventions in the Care of Severe Pneumonia
Objective To explore and analyze the application value of comprehensive nursing intervention in the care of severe pneumonia.Methods From March 2022 to March 2023,60 patients with severe pneumonia admitted to Quanzhou First Hospital Affiliated to Fujian Medical University were randomly selected as the research objects,and they were grouped into control group and research group,according to random number,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing intervention,and the study group was treated with comprehensive nursing intervention.The quality of life and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The re-search group scored higher than the control group in terms of physical function,emotional function,role function,and social function,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate of the research group was 93.33%,which was higher than 70.00%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ2= 5.455,P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can improve the quality of life,improve the nurse-patient relationship and obtain high nursing satisfaction.
