Analysis of the Application of Nursing Intervention under the Guidance of Self-efficacy Theory in the Care of Patients with Cirrhosis After Hepati-tis B
Objective To explore the application of nursing intervention under the guidance of self-efficacy theory in the nursing care of patients with cirrhosis after hepatitis B.Methods 100 cases of patients with cirrhosis after hepatitis B admitted to Dongtai People's Hospital from May 2018 to May 2023 were randomly selected as the study subjects, and the patients were divided into 50 cases in the observation group and 50 cases in the control group by random num-bering method. The control group adopted conventional nursing care, and the observation group applied nursing inter-vention under the guidance of self-efficacy theory. The intervention results of the two groups were compared. Results After intervention, the self-efficacy scores of both groups were improved, and the self-efficacy scores of the observa-tion group were significantly higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total satisfaction of the observation group was 96.00%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=6.061,P<0.05).The scores of anxiety and depres-sion in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically signifi-cant(both P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of nursing intervention under the guidance of self-efficacy theory for patients with cirrhosis after hepatitis B has a significant value, which not only enables the patients'personal self-care ability to be improved, but also relieves negative emotions, with good satisfaction.
