Effects of Exercise Rehabilitation Combined with Emotion Management on Blood Gas Indicators in the Care of Patients with Chronic Heart Failure
Objective To analyze the effect of exercise rehabilitation combined with emotional management on blood gas indexes in the care of chronic heart failure patients. Methods Seventy patients with chronic heart failure admitted to the Department of Cardiovascular I of Wuwei Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine during the period from March 2021 to January 2023 were randomly selected as the study objects, and were divided equally into the control group(n=35,conventional nursing care)and the observation group(n=35,with the addition of exercise rehabilitation combined with emotional management)using the digital double-blind method. The nursing effect of the two groups was compared. Results After nursing, the blood gas indexes of both groups were improved, and the partial pressure of car-bon dioxide(41.02±3.32)mmHg,partial pressure of arterial blood oxygen(83.25±4.71)mmHg and pH(7.36±0.42)of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group, the differences were statistically signifi-cant(t=11.333,12.856,6.350,all P<0.05).After nursing, the medication compliance of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The anxiety and depres-sion scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of exercise rehabilitation combined with emotion management in the care of chronic heart failure patients is exact.
